Terms and Conditions

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

• You can request account deletion through your account settings
• Upon deletion request, we will send a confirmation email to verify your intent
• You have 7 days from the confirmation email to cancel the deletion request
• After 7 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
• During the 7-day period, your account remains active and accessible
• Deletion includes all personal data, progress, and subscription information
• This process cannot be reversed after the 7-day cancellation period expires
• Users under 16 must have parental consent to use our Service
• Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts

• Current subscription options and pricing are available on our pricing page
• Prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT
• Some exercises are available for free; premium content requires a paid subscription

• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers

• Payment Retries: We will attempt to process failed payments up to 3 times over 7 days
• Grace Period: Your account remains active for 7 days after initial payment failure
• Notification: We will notify you via email of payment failures and retry attempts
• Account Suspension: After failed retries, your account will be suspended and premium access removed
• Data Retention: Your account data and progress are retained for 30 days during suspension
• Reactivation: You can reactivate by updating payment information and clearing outstanding charges
• Account Deletion: Accounts suspended for more than 30 days may be permanently deleted

• Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers have 14 days from purchase to cancel their subscription for a full refund
• Cancellations can be made through your account settings or by contacting customer support
• After the 14-day period, no refunds are provided for any portion of your subscription
• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation

• Use the Service for personal exam preparation only
• Access content only through our official website and applications

• Sharing account credentials with others
• Downloading, copying, or redistributing our content
• Using automated tools or scripts to access the Service
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract our content
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

• All content, including exercises, texts, audio, images, and software, is owned by kirilof or our licensors
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content during your subscription
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content

• You retain ownership of any personal information you provide
• We use your data according to our Privacy Policy
• We may use anonymized learning analytics to improve our Service

• We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure

• We may update, modify, or remove content at any time
• New features may be added to improve the Service
• We will notify users of significant changes that affect their subscription

• Our Service is for educational preparation only
• We make no guarantees about exam success or content accuracy
• Official exam requirements may change; users should verify current requirements with official sources

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses due to your failure to maintain account security

We are not liable for any delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period

We may terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse our Service

• Upon termination, your access to premium content ends immediately
• You may retain access to any free content as a non-subscriber
• We may retain some data as required by law or legitimate business interests

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

• Mediation: If direct resolution fails, we encourage mediation through a Dutch mediation service
• Legal Action: Any legal disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands

EU consumers may also file complaints with their local consumer protection authorities or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
