The Service is a paid service. We offer the following subscription options:

  • Single course access

Bundle subscriptions (monthly, semi-annual, yearly) provide access to all courses. Single course purchases provide access to one specific course. Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

5.3 Recurring Payments

Monthly, semi-annual, and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of each renewal period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period β€” you retain access until then.

5.4 Price Changes

We may adjust subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at kirill@inburgering.org with your withdrawal request. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Please note: If you have actively used the Service during the 14-day cooling-off period, we may deduct a proportional amount for the services already provided.
