Complaints Procedure

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. How to Make a Complaint

Email info@inburgering.org and put "Complaint" in the subject line. You can complain about any part of our service, for example your subscription, a payment, an exercise or our support.

Include three things, so we can help you faster:

  • the email address of your account
  • what happened, and when
  • what you would like us to do

2. When You Hear From Us

Within 2 working days, we confirm that we received your complaint. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.

We answer within 14 days of receiving it. Our answer says what we decided, why, and what we will do.

If we need more time, we tell you within those 14 days. We also tell you when you will get our answer.

3. Who Handles Your Complaint

The owner of Inburgering.org reads and answers every complaint.

4. If You Disagree With Our Answer

Reply to our answer and tell us why you disagree. We review your complaint again and answer within 14 days of receiving your reply. If we need more time, we tell you within those 14 days.

If we still cannot agree, you can take the dispute to court.

If you live in another EU country, in Iceland or in Norway, the European Consumer Centre in your country can advise you for free. You can find it at https://www.eccnet.eu.

5. Complaints About Your Personal Data

You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) about how we handle your personal data. Section 13 of our Privacy Policy gives its contact details.
