How to Use This Workbook
Set a timer for 65 minutes. Answer all 25 questions without a dictionary. Read the answer key only after you finish, then review the Dutch evidence for every mistake.
- Read the question first. Decide what detail you need: time, date, person, place, price, reason, or action.
- Scan the text for the same idea, not only the same word.
- For tables, read the row and column names before choosing an answer.
- If two answers look possible, choose the one that is exactly supported by the text.
Tekst 1: E-mail van Theo aan Halil
Halil werkt in een kledingwinkel. Hij krijgt een e-mail van zijn baas, Theo.
Hallo allemaal, vanaf volgende maand is onze winkel langer open. We zijn dan iedere dag open tot 20.00 uur. Andere winkels in de straat zijn ook langer open, daarom doen wij dat nu ook.
Omdat we langer open zijn, zoek ik mensen die meer willen werken. Laat mij voor dinsdag weten of je extra uren wilt maken. Je hoeft niet meer te werken als je dat niet wilt.
Maandag ben ik in de winkel. Als je vragen hebt, kun je ze dan stellen. Donderdag werkt het hele team. Dan wil ik met jullie allemaal het nieuwe rooster bespreken. We kijken dan ook of sommige taken anders verdeeld moeten worden.
