About Inburgering.org
Our Story
Inburgering.org was born from firsthand experience. Founder Kirill Svavolia went through the Dutch civic integration process himself and saw how broken the system was — outdated materials, expensive language schools charging €3,000–€6,000 for group classes, and almost nothing available in languages other than Dutch or English.
In 2025, he set out to build what he wished had existed: an affordable, AI-powered platform that gives every immigrant access to high-quality exam preparation — regardless of their native language or budget.
What started as a side project quickly gained traction. Within months, thousands of users signed up, and the platform grew to cover all Dutch integration exams across 4 proficiency levels (A1 through B2), with support for 10 languages including Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Today, Inburgering.org is a fast-growing AI startup on a mission to make the Dutch integration process accessible and affordable for everyone.

Kirill Svavolia
Founder & CEO
Kirill went through the Dutch inburgering process himself and built Inburgering.org to solve the problems he experienced firsthand. With a BSc in Business IT from the University of Twente (Honours in Business Development & Entrepreneurship) and an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam, he combines technical and business expertise to build AI-powered solutions that make education accessible. He was nominated for Most Entrepreneurial Student of the Year at the University of Twente.

Inburgering.org is built as an AI-first platform from the ground up. Our text-first architecture allows us to add a new language in a single weekend — something video-based competitors simply cannot match.
We use AI across the entire product: from generating natural Dutch audio for listening exercises, to providing real-time pronunciation feedback for speaking practice, to delivering personalized explanations in 10 languages for low-literacy students.
Our upcoming AI Speaking Buddy will take this further — offering an intelligent conversation partner that adapts to each learner's level and helps them build confidence for both the exam and daily life in the Netherlands.
